Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication

We make the trim that finishes your roof — coping, scuppers, drip edge, flashing — in our shop, cut to your spec, matched to your panels. There is no fixing a piece that's four inches short, so we make sure it isn't.

Late, wrong, or silent — we kill each one

In-house fabrication is your remake insurance.

A late or wrong trim order stalls the whole install — and you're the one explaining it. Most suppliers re-sell, ordering your custom piece from a mill states away with no control when it comes back wrong. We fabricate it here. Here's how that kills each pain.

  • They quoted a short lead time and missed it with no warning.

Every order gets a committed fab date in writing, and a heads-up the moment anything moves. You'll know your status before you have to ask.

    Committed date · proactive status

  • There's no fixing a panel that's four inches short — it has to be remade.

We cut it here. If it's our error, the corrected piece runs on a priority slot at our cost — not a re-order from a mill three states away with double freight.

  • The trim came off a different run and you could see it on the roof.

Order trim with your panels and it all ships from one run — one coil, one color, one gauge. No visible mismatch that caulk can't fix.

Single run · color & gauge match

  • The supplier went dark and I couldn't manage the GC.

Proactive status on every order. A real shop, a named contact, a phone that gets answered at (352) 432-3047.

    A real person · not a portal

  • The install stalled waiting on a kickout nobody ordered.

Free Take-Off Review — we read your takeoff and flag the missing trim and wrong lengths before production starts. We catch the stall before it costs you a day.

The Take-Off Service

Free Take-Off Review — we catch the remake before it's metal.

Send us your takeoff before you commit to production. Our team reads it the way 40+ years of doing this reads it — and flags the missing trim line, the wrong length, the detail that won't seal.

“Noticed your takeoff is missing kickouts — added them so the install doesn't stall.” That's the call you want before the panels ship, not after.

Medium bronze standing seam panels staged with matching custom trim from one run

One source for panel and trim.

When trim comes from a different supplier or a different run, you're betting on a color and gauge match you can't see until it's installed.

Order both from us and it's one run, matched, with one date to track. Single source kills the mismatch and the second freight charge.

The handoff

Early will-call, inspect before it leaves.

Pick up from early morning so your crew loads before a jobsite day, and look at the metal before it goes on the truck.

Or we deliver to the site. Either way you control the handoff.

FAQ

Sheet metal fabrication FAQ

  • Do you fabricate custom coping, scuppers and collector heads?

Yes. Superb Metals fabricates custom and radius coping, TPO-clad/PVC-clad/soldered G90 scuppers, collector and leader heads (including copper), drip edge, chimney caps, kickouts, window pans, Z-flashing and goosenecks in-house in Clermont, Florida — cut to your spec from a single color run.

  • What is in-house fabrication and why does it matter?

It means we cut and form your trim in our own shop instead of re-ordering it from a distant mill. That gives us control over the lengths, the color run and the schedule — so a wrong cut becomes a priority remake instead of a three-week re-order with double freight. It's the structural reason we don't go late and wrong like a re-seller.

  • What is the free Take-Off Review?

Send us your takeoff before production and our team reads it for missing trim, wrong lengths and details that won't seal — then flags them before any metal is cut. It catches the remake before it happens and keeps the install from stalling on a forgotten piece. There's no charge for it.

  • What metals can you fabricate trim in?

We fabricate in aluminum (.032), Galvalume, AZ50 coated steel (26ga), TPO-clad steel, copper and G90 galvanized, with Kynar/PVDF, SMP and Galvalume finishes — and we match your trim to your panel run.

  • Where do you fabricate and who do you serve?

We fabricate in Minneola/Clermont, Florida, and serve roofing contractors, GCs, builders and architects across Lake, Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Polk counties — the greater Orlando metro. Will-call pickup from early morning or jobsite delivery.

Send the takeoff. We'll flag the problems and quote it today.
