Coping, cleat, and the corners that actually fail
Most coping problems aren't the straight runs. They're the corners, the end dams, and the cleat that holds it down in a 130-mph gust.
We fabricate the full assembly to spec: snap-on or face-fastened coping, continuous cleat, mitered and welded corners, end caps, and splice plates. Standing-seam coping to cap a metal-roof parapet, flat-stock coping for a TPO or modified-bitumen roof — same shop, same run.

Your color, your gauge, locked to the order
Coping lives at the top of the wall in full sun, so the finish has to hold. We fabricate in Kynar/PVDF aluminum and steel, SMP, and bare or coated Galvalume.
Pick the color once; we pull it from one coil so your coping matches the panels and the trim below it. Architect spec'ing the envelope? We'll match a Kynar number off the chart and send a chip before we cut.

Does Superb Metals fabricate custom and radius coping?

What metals and finishes can coping be made in?
We fabricate coping in aluminum (.032), Galvalume, AZ50 coated steel (26ga), copper and G90 galvanized, with Kynar/PVDF, SMP and Galvalume finishes. We pull your coping, cleat and trim from a single color run so the finished wall has no visible run-to-run color variation.
Can you match coping to an existing building or an architect's spec?
Yes. Send the profile, the wall dimensions and the color — or a Kynar/PVDF color number off the chart — and we'll fabricate coping to match. For architects we'll send a physical color chip before we cut so the specified finish is confirmed.
Is your coping rated for Florida wind?
We fabricate coping with a continuous cleat for wind uplift and can build it to HVHZ standards that exceed Miami-Dade code. Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade NOA numbers for specific assemblies are available on request.
